Please note that we allow one (1) vendor representative per direct sales company (e.g., Scentsy, Tupperware, etc.) however, there could be more than one crafter (e.g., soap maker, resin artist, etc.). We will do our best to provide adequate distance between similar vendors.

Fee:

Option 1:  $50 flat fee

Option 2:  $30 fee plus one (1) item from your stock that is $20 minimum value donated at the event for raffle. All raffle proceeds go to 2026 Pembroke Celebrates.

Payment must be included with your application. Payment can be by check made out to Pembroke Celebrates or via Venmo @pembroke-celebrates. Please include name and business name with Venmo payment.

Application and payment must be received no later than September 12 in order to be given space on the field. No day-of payments accepted.
